OUT OF SURGERY

All went very well with surgery. Ron's pacemaker is in and he came back wide awake from surgery. The first thing he wanted was a slice of pizza pie. Two of his friends were here to visit him and they stopped and picked one up for him while he was in surgery. He ate a little...I told him he needed to take it slow. His temporary pacer is still attached as well. They will wait at least 24 hours to make sure his permanent one is working fine before removing the temporary one. I hope to get him sitting up on the side of the bed later this evening.
